• Dacor ‘Winter Savings Event’ (President's Day) Promotion February 19 2023 – April 1 2023 (“Promotional Period”)

• Purchase a qualifying Dacor cooking product or refrigerator and receive up to $2000 off.

• Rebate may be provided in the form of a prepaid card.  Card terms and conditions will apply.

• Receive $500 on eligible Dacor appliances: DTG30P875NS/DA,DTI30P876BB/DA, DRF36C500SR/DA.

• Receive $2000 on eligible Dacor appliances: DOC30M977DS/DA, DOC30P977DS/DA, DOP36M86DLS (DPS), DOP36P86DLS/DA, DOP36P86GLS/DA.

• Eligible Dacor appliances must be purchased during the Promotional Period.

• This Promotion is offered through participating Dacor dealers only & Standard warranty applies.

• End Consumers claiming Rebates must submit (a) a Reward Redemption Form, and (b) copy of valid invoice or sales receipt from retail dealer showing purchase of Eligible Appliance.

• Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase and rebate is non-transferrable.

• Redemption form must include a valid mailing address.

• End Consumer must take delivery of Eligible Appliances no later than June 30th, 2023 & submit their rebate claim by September 30th, 2023 in order to qualify for the promotion.  

• Submissions submitted after September 30th, 2023 will not be accepted.

• Incomplete or illegible Rebate Redemption Forms will not be accepted.

• This offer is valid on sales of select Dacor appliances only and does not apply to display, used, refurbished, or non-boxed units.

• All Rebate Redemption Form submissions are subject to purchase validation.

• Returned products are not eligible for Rebate.

• Eligible Appliances may not be returned once the Rebate has been fulfilled.

• Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

• Dacor is not responsible for claims arising from lost, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen Rebate Redemption Forms, nor for Rebate Redemption Forms that are received late.

• Dacor reserves the right to request additional information regarding purchase of Eligible Appliances.

• Dacor reserves the right, if terms and conditions are not met, to reject claims that do not comply with these offer terms.

• Offer may be combined with any other Dacor promotional programs.

• End Consumer is responsible for determining, recording, and paying all federal, state, and local taxes related to Rebate.

• By participating in the Dacor “Winter Savings Event”, each End Consumer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any Rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective.

• Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will End Consumer be permitted to obtain awards for, and End Consumer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than End Consumer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with receipt of the Rebate), and End Consumer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
