The coffee bean bin is empty. If there are coffee beans in the bin, then the coffee grinder is jammed. Turn off the power to the coffee system and remove all coffee beans from the coffee bean container. Check for beans that may be jammed in the dispenser and remove them. Replace the beans in the coffee bean container and try grinding again. The jam may have been caused by the wrong type of coffee beans (flavored, un-roasted, or partial coffee beans). Call for service if necessary.
